What is a stacking rack?

A stack rack is also called a manurack and pallet rack. This type of racking is intended for storing (pallets of) goods. These racks can be used to easily and efficiently store goods for a short period of time, but can also be placed permanently. Storage space can be built up as desired with the stacking racks and stakes. By combining the desired amount and size of racks with stakes of the right height, you can create a storage space that perfectly matches the goods you store in it. As a result, no space is lost and you can easily adjust the racks when you want to store goods with different dimensions.

There are many advantages that make stacking racks a widely used storage tool. In addition to their efficiency and ability to be arranged as desired, these racks are also:

Effective layout

You can make a stacking rack mobile by mounting wheel plates under it and cover the bottom, sides and back with cover plates if you want to store small or thin material. By using brackets and plug-in brackets, you can equip the stacking racks with extra stanchions or move them with a forklift truck.

Mobile stacking racks

These racks are easy to move with forklifts, allowing them to be moved around a distribution center or warehouse. These mobile stacking racks can be built from three racks, with stakes you can determine the desired height of the three racks. Each rack must be moved individually, this is not possible with several stacked on top of each other.

Big bag racks

These racks are equipped with a form-fitting big bag. You can fill these bags with, for instance, raw materials, loose material or waste. Kruizinga's big bag racks have a high load-bearing capacity, are provided with a sturdy construction and have inset skids for moving with a forklift truck and stacking lugs. This allows you to store your goods easily and efficiently.
