This Euro container is a robust, compact plastic transport and storage case featuring the standardized 400 x 300 mm Euronorm footprint. Made from polypropylene (PP), it features solid walls, closed handgrips, and a sturdy hinged lid. With an 11-litre capacity and a tare weight of just 1.19 kg, this container is ideal for the organized storage and transport of tools, parts, components, and other materials.

The container is equipped with a robust hinged lid featuring two sliding snap-locks. The lid is fully detachable and can be fitted or removed without tools. This allows the unit to function not only as a closed transport and storage case but also—once the lid is removed—as a standard Euronorm stacking container, enhancing flexibility within existing storage, transport, and logistics systems.

The hinges are fully recessed within the container's profile. As a result, hinge components do not protrude, and the external dimensions remain consistent with the standard 400 x 300 mm size. This ensures full Euronorm compatibility, whether the lid is attached or removed. At the same time, the recessed design protects the hinges and lid against damage or breakage during transport, storage, and daily use.

Thanks to an opening angle of up to 270°, the contents remain easily accessible during filling and emptying. For added security, the lid can be fitted with a lock or seal. Additionally, cutouts are provided to allow for the secure attachment of tension straps.

An ergonomic polyamide (PA) carrying handle with a tilt-stop mechanism is located on one of the long sides. This handle has a load capacity of approximately 18 kg, allowing the Euro-case to be carried comfortably like a traditional suitcase. Ergonomically shaped, enclosed handles on the short sides also allow for horizontal carrying.

The continuous stacking rim and reinforcing ribs ensure a stable structure, allowing for a stacking load of up to 300 kg. The stacking rim is self-centering and interlocking, enabling multiple cases to be stacked securely. Thanks to standardized Euronorm dimensions, the case is also compatible with other Euronorm containers. Even after the hinged lid is removed, the container remains fully functional as a standard Euronorm stacking container. Its robust construction also makes it suitable for professional use on roller conveyors and KANBAN gravity flow racks.

The smooth interior walls are easy to clean, and the PP material is resistant to acids and alkalis. Furthermore, the case is food-safe, suitable for wet environments, and temperature-resistant from -10°C to +60°C. This makes the Euro-case highly versatile for use in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and food-related environments.
