Snap-on lid 400x300 mm – durable plastic lid made from recycled material

This innovative snap-on lid combines functionality, durability, and environmentally conscious production in one practical solution. The lid is specially designed for Euroboxes with standard Euronorm dimensions of 400x300 mm and offers optimal protection of goods during storage and transport.

The snap-on lid is manufactured from high-quality PCR plastic (Post-Consumer Recycled) and consists entirely of recycled plastic. By reusing existing plastics, this lid actively contributes to reducing waste streams and saving valuable raw materials. Moreover, the use of PCR material results in significantly lower CO₂ emissions compared to traditional plastics.

Thanks to the precise fit, the lid aligns perfectly with Euronorm stacking bins 400x300 mm, ensuring stored goods remain protected against dust, dirt, and other contaminants.

Despite the use of recycled material, the lid offers high stability and excellent wear resistance. The robust design ensures a long service life, even with intensive daily use in warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics processes. The lid is easy to place on and remove from the container, ensuring efficient and user-friendly operation in daily practice.

Additionally, the top surface features a special textured finish that provides extra grip and ensures stable, non-slip stacking of containers and lids.

Please note! The lids are supplied without hinges as standard and can therefore be used immediately as practical flat lids. However, the lid is already equipped with integrated slots for mounting hinges. Matching hinges are available separately as accessories, allowing the flat lid to be easily converted into a functional hinged lid.
